A cool, wet spring delayed the arrival of hummingbirds in many parts of the country, but you can be sure they are now somewhere in your garden, especially if you have a smorgasbord of colorful flowers. Hummingbirds, aka "hummers," dart, dive and delight you with their fast-flying, acrobatic-like maneuvers as they search for nectar among the flowers they can find. They also like feeders filled with sugar water.
